Order Policy
 Any cancellations or revisions must be made by written request and receive by IDn before shipping. No returns will be accepted without IDn authorization. All orders subject to approval. Buyer agrees the following conditions; Completion date indicates final day on wich merchandise ordered can be shipped from the factory. No claims allowed unless made by written request and received within five days of receipt of goods. Prices and availability subject to change without notice.We do not accept returns after 7 days of delivery. Authorized returns will receive e-store account credit only. No refunds.

Payment Methods 
All orders must pre-paid before shipping. We accept all major credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express.
And, or Wire transfers, Cashier's check, money order.

A signed credit card authorization form is required before we send your order to production and we will charge 15% of your order total as a good faith deposit, we will complete the charge on the credit card only when the order is shipped. A 15% restocking fee is charged if order is canceled after being in production.

Shipping Policy
We ship orders via Fedex, UPS, USPS, CEVA, Shipping charges are included on the invoices, Customer pays for all Shipping related costs.

Privacy Policy

Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
